Does the job

Good value
Used this to replace an automatic Vectaire fan. The automatic feature on the fan had failed after a couple of years (stayed open but continued to extract). Then fan failed altogether. First thing to note is that the Cata models and Vectaire models are identical. Badge engineering? Cata models also appear to be half the price. Buying from this supplier was much cheaper than Amazon. I'm feeling pretty chuffed.

Ladder support
Is happily holding a set of ladders. Screwed into breeze block so you do need quite big plastic plugs and appropriate masonry drill bit if that's your plan.
