Transgressive Fiction's Halfway point
This clearly is the halfway point in 20th Century Transgressive fiction. It pays beautiful homage to Raskolnikov and his varying dilemmas in Crime and Punishment but one sees lucid traces of Dice Man's cult in later Transgressive 20th century works such as American Psycho, Fight Club, Choke, Porno and others in that vain.
Entertaining and compelling from the start but puzzling at the end. A classic in it's own right and one for the dark humorists out there.
Give your screen a break. Take a chance on the dice. 4.5 out 5!
