Excellent quality and appearance is better than depicted in photo. The picture is on both front and back of the mug. Great value for money especially given that they are fine bone china.     Unfortunately Parcel Force failed to deliver my item. They left 2 delivery missed cards even though we were in? This has been going on since the 19th August & to this day it still hasn't arrived. Both the seller & I have been trying to contact Parcel Force but as you are unable to speak to a real person finding out what they have done with my item has been impossible. Today I asked the seller for a refund & they kindly obliged. So, thank you for that.
