Great for omelettes, I'll use mine for doing a Chicken Brest as well,
oil the chicken slightly place in clam, season to taste add a splash of lemon and a sliced spring onion
close clam ,WATCH OUT FOR STEAM & Cooking time's very,
Cook for two minutes, carefully open clam and turn the chicken over(never cheat and turn the clam over
it will make a mess) cook for another 1 minute then cut into the thick end to make sure it's cooked if not
cook 30 sec's at a time to make sure the breast is cooked.
