A curate's egg
If you were around in the 60s and remember the really good records Immediate released this is a rattling good read. Downsides include some very obvious grammatical errors which are surprising as the author is a professional journalist ,and poor production values in the finished product. The main body of the book came away from the paperback cover within days of me beginning to read it.
