Constructive feedback
The printer is a very well priced and good quality item. We have had problems with scanning as the document feeder can sometime take two pages at once. It normally takes two or three attempts to scan the document. Also trying to get the ‘scan to email’ feature to work has defeated us despite following the instructions and phone assistance. It works perfectly scanning to my own computer and attaching to an email, but that’s not the reason I purchased it!
However, I would definitely re purchase this printer as it’s merits greatly outweigh its faults.
