That was shredded U.S. currency and wasn’t meant to protect contents. Technically propaganda is political in nature and meant to mislead. Warm and durable.
Nice and warm although a bit bulky. Glad I bought them.

Great for the $.
Only thing I would say negative about this scanner is that it doesn’t come with instructions really so it’s hard to figure out what the abbreviations mean when using it.
update: for the money, this thing is great. live sensor data stream i use all the time. no problems to date.
