DOESNT FIT PROPERLY!
Whilst supposedly manufactured to fit the XT225 Serow it doesnt actually fit as per the instructions. The side arms foul on the front indicators and the bottom central mount does not actually line up with the mounting point at the headlamp base. Combined with this the screw and sleeve supplied are far too short. The guard will only mount to the top bolts on the bottom yoke and the central mount is useless. If it is a dedicated fit for the XT225 Serow this should not be the case. An email to the supplier/retailer in the USA did not get any response. Only buy if you are prepared for the fact it does not fit as per the instructions provided.

Did exactly as described. Exhaust now much quieter. Just cut to size as you need!

The Real Iran
I travelled Iran in 2016 and being a biker myself I was drawn to Lois book when I discovered it was available. Lois discovers the real Iran and like me she found the people warm, friendly and hospitable. The world image of Iran bears no relation to reality, although the people live under a repressive regime controlled by the Ayatollah and his clerics, so people have to be careful they do not publicly oppose ir criticize the regime. But most people particularly the young as opposed to the restrictions and controls on their lives, women are forced to wear the hijab and dress very conservatively. But the country has a very well educated middle class and a unique history, combined with poetry and art. Iran is a fascinating place and Lois captures the essence of the country on her travels. An amazing lady on a motorcycle in an amazing country. Buy & Enjoy!
