Great condition, great subject matter, great price.
This book is worth every penny of the 5 dollars I spent on it. Excellent condition, a former library copy. The biography itself is extraordinary, both in craftsmanship and in subject matter. I was compelled to buy this after watching the excellent HBO documentary "Tiger," which is based in part on this book. The book is every bit as riveting as the film; it reads like a home movie of Tiger's meteoric ascent, but allowing every flaw to be clearly seen. TLDR: book is in excellent condition for a cheap price. Well worth it.

A page-turner about discipline.
The day-to-day story of the interns and residents is fascinating. It's like comfort food to encourage me to attack my academics every day. I loved the show, but this illuminates the discipline it takes to become a doctor without all the sex and relationship drama. The book is also in very good condition; a great bargain at $5.
