Fun game.. works for wiibrew, too!
Aside from being a fun game, you can use this, a SD card and some software to load homebrew applications on your wii.
The game lets you play 3 different story lines which are named from the Indiana Jones original movies.. (not kingdom of the crystal skull)
I recommend it.

cheap but functional
Handmade, maybe...but if it is it feels like it was machined and mass produced...but at this price it isn't unexpected...sounds good and I wasn't expecting more. I can't vouch for the accuracy of the note, though.
