However, the delivery service used threw the package over a 6ft high fence onto a hard standing patio, despite the fact we were at the property and the driver never rang the bell or knocked the door. It was also raining when we discovered the parcel. Fortunately there was no damage to the phone.

Only problem was with the courier Evri. They had it at their local depot for four days before they sent it out for delivery. Was able to track order through and Evri let themselves down this time.
