Redicilous excuses, why it could't be delivered earlier, knowing I needed it asap... The thermometer suppose to be refurbished, but it looks soooo bad and DIRTY - I really doubt anything was done to it at all. Yuck! The package was just a bubble wrap, so one of the hygiene caps is smashed, cannot use it properly. Very disappointing service and product. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
