Totally useless
0 of 9 found this helpful This caused such a traumatic crash of my laptop that the pc workshop said that the only recourse was to reinstall both Windows 7 and Office 2007. Luckily I had Office on CD but not the Windows operating system. It turned out to be an expensive RAM upgrade. Obviously a faulty stick.
