    The item arrived late and in damaged box, tracked by Evri. Communication with EBay said to wait another week once escalated. Item eventually turned up. The item was ok shame the length of the item can not be adjusted but will see how it goes. Item will be used to put socks and pull trousers up for an elderly person. The appearance was as described by the seller. Overall could really do with more protection around the item when shipping to customer. Otherwise ok.

    Performs exactly as described with the minor exception that it is definitely made for people of a south-east Asian physique. Sitting within the hand rails is a tight fit for anyone over 100Kg. Perfect for people of a smaller build. The commode bucket was cracked by the delivery agent but the seller immediately dispatched a replacement which arrived just 36 hours later.
