Light enough for me to use.
Having mobility problems through arthritis, I find the carpet sweeper light enough to use instead of a vacuum cleaner. It is efficient at collecting carpet dust, debris, cat-hairs, etc. One drawback, however, is that I find it a little difficult to utilise the side-bars used to open the sweeper-base to empty the sweeper, finding them stiff and awkward to open.
