cheap yes, useful no
It was cheap and worth a try but the blades are dull, they don't connect to the Mach 3 handle very well, and the lubricating strip is just blue paint. LOL

Don't waste your time
It pulled an old core. It didn't chase threads for new core. It didn't insert new core.
