CE 93609 Celestron Telescope PIGGY BACK MOUNT ALL SCT'S

Piggy back screw up.
Received mount attached to another extending piece for which I have no idea of its use as it doesn't seem to have a place to go even with 2 longer screws of which had no use. The 2 small screws that fit in the main camera platform will not feed through beyond the rear of the part, therefore not reaching the holes where finder would fit. The other 2 longer screws go through but are way too long and so leave the mount seriously loose with no stability at all. I have tried to locate a shop that provides the right width and length screw but unfortunately no luck yet. Solution: use any screw size that will slide through holes even if too small a diameter, as long as head of screw doesn't pass through mount holes..take 2 small nuts again diameter isn't a problem and a couple of washers and place between finder scope holes and piggyback mount and tighten. Mine is now absolutely solid and stable. A little fiddly if you have thicker fingers but 5 minutes of perseverance and problem sorted. But at the end of the day if these are the screws that celestron supply with the part and you have to fart arse around looking for a makeshift solution then I'm afraid it only gets a 3☆.

Have used various clippers over the years which are ok until the outer blade "always" starts to tilt and even tightening the screw won't rectify it, therefore giving uneven cut. These close cut clippers with fixed blade are top notch for a very short, clean even cut. To get any shorter I'd have to shave head with a razor. Excellent product and definitely recommend.

The english part of the instructions are to me non-understandable. Though that being said, the product itself is straight forward and very easy to figure out and use right from the get go. I highly recommend due to ease of use and giving you the option to stay out of the cold and control from inside. 9.5 out of 10.
