Good product rubbish back up service
Although the product worked well unfortunately I broke the plug lead I approached VonHaus who where not interested in sending a replacement lead could not give me an indication where I might be able to purchase one.
Afar trying my local electrical wholesaler in my area they all informed me the plus appears to-be a VonHaus own design.and it does not appear to be on the open market.
Conclusion I have now a product that unusable.

value for money
This is the second VonHaus I have purchased the first one I gave to my daughter, meaning now you have two impressed people using this product.
