  Was disappointed that the item didn't work when it arrived. Sellar packaged it carefully so no fault there. Received a prompt refund after notifying sellar of the situation. Would buy from them again.

  So sorry the VCR had issues. It tested out perfectly when I shipped it out. Even though it was packed well, can only guess it must have been roughly handled while in transit. Again, my apologies.
