  Seller listed minor damaged crystal item but upon readying for shipment, she found much more breakage that wasn't in her description and not in listing. Apparently this seller does not examine products before listing; full refund requested and made. I would be extremely careful in buying any items from this reckless seller in the future and would advise all others to do the same!

  My msg:As I was looking over the falcon again, I noticed some damage I did not see before- two chips on the base-I am so sorry I did not see them until now.I am happy to cancel your order if you no longer want it. Apologies,Reply: I would accept the falcon as listed here if you would be willing to refund $52.50 of the purchase price for these additional damages. Otherwise, please refund in full as I do not want it at price I paid with the additional breakage. Thanks for the "heads up"!
