    Seller was supposed to ship within 1 day and didn’t. After 4 days had to contact him to ask when item would ship and was informed that it would ship the next day. When I told him I wasn’t happy about that he just canceled my order like a 2 year old. Don’t do business with this seller as they are too busy to deal with online customer s.

    This buyer was kept in the loop on the situation with their item. After confirming they were indeed purchasing only one wheel, we let them know that the wheel was at our nearby shop and would be shipping that day. Their messages became increasing hostile and harassing towards me, so I chose the suggestion of eBay support to cancel their order so they could find someone better able to suit their specific needs. I'm sorry I could not be more resilient to behavior not condoned on this platform.

    The foil package arrived torn open with the top part missing. It appears to be as close to new as possible but the listing was for "New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item..." The package was clearly opened prior to shipping. As near as I can tell it's genuine Lego and not a knockoff. Shipped fast, good price and is what I needed. Had I been a collector or more picky, I'd be upset the minifig package was opened.
