Good quality oats, well worth buying.
It's not always easy to find good quality steel cut oats but Flahavans meet the mark in every way. Their pinhead oatmeal is economical, and healthy and a pleasure to eat. Add variety with different toppings or take your porridge natural and hot. Easier to cook if you soak the oats overnight. You can cook a batch and keep in the fridge for reheating with a little milk/water. Good traditional porridge at a reasonable price.

King of the oatmeal clan
McCanns offer quality, taste and nutrition with their steel cut oatmeal. Takes a little longer to prepare than everyday oats but the results are worth the effort. Great just as it is made with water or for variety add either cream, honey, fruit or nuts.

Quality almonds
Tasty, fresh and good textured almonds at a reasonable price. They make a healthy, simple snack with fruit or can be used in traditional cooking and baking. I have tried other providers of almonds on the internet but these are the best so far.
