Disappointed- not what I was hoping for
I have had an Amika tourmaline/ceramic straightener for nearly 10 years and was disappointed when it broke. I did a good deal of research and found this one which is supposed to be good for fine hair. It did not do a good job straightening. It kept snagging and hurt my scalp when it pulled on hair. My hair was frizzy after straightening - even having used a heat protectant spray. I am back to researching as this flat iron is a definite no for me.

Fills a need
Definately not super nice but it gets the job done. It was very easy to program and set up. So far it works great and very happy with it.
