    I've ordered from your store before and so I had confidence ordering again, I didn't care that your items were more expensive than other sellers with similar items. I assumed if it's more expensive, it's probably genuine BUT I was wrong. I learned a good lesson as a long time eBay user, even as previous seller myself. You sold me FAKE serum, i sent you proof, misspelling of words, bad image copy, very watery but you still chose to lie then ignore me. I've since repurchased from another seller.

    Issue sorted and explained. We are not the manufacturers and product labels may have different spellings since it comes from a non speaking English country.
