Action, Action all the way
Pure fantasy - fast moving plot, loads of action - inspired- I would think- by 9/11. If that can happen then who can say Olympus Has Fallen will not ?? The follow up - London has Fallen is equally good - ( The same President of America in a similar fix - what ( bad) luck)

Excellent insight into Georgian everday life
An excellent, well informed but still easy to read insight into everyday life of late Georgian / early Victorian England. The depth of research and knowledge shown by the authors is amazing. Quotes from the diary and letters of various people, including Jane Austen, adds to the sense of "being there". Its good to have a book on this period which, whilst giving a sense of the background events ( eg Waterloo etc) does not go into great detail of the event ( which can be found elsewhere) hence concentrating on "life at home".

excellent value electronic temperature monitor
Excellent coloured display for "in house" display - needs to be on mains for constant display. ( if on battery display only when you press the display button) .Relatively easy to set up, if you use the automatic "radio" time sequence which seems to activate link to the up to 3 monitors. Pleased to find monitors linked to an existing "inhouse" display, the external monitor of which had failed after a number of years use. Well worth the money .
