Very happy with the seller, I'm afraid the same cannot be said about the courier. I live in a high rise with secure entry and the Parcelforce driver claimed to have made 2 attempts to deliver my item. The item in question is an 18litre box of bottled water. Instead of delivering this heavy item they lied about making 2 delivery attempts, as I was in both times, then delivered it to a post office 1 mile from my house. I don't even know if I'll be able to carry them home as I don't drive.
