  I thought this was going to be a positive buying experience but when the item arrived, I discovered the plug for the Remoska was not suitable for UK sockets. This was not disclosed in the description and the reaction I received when I informed the seller, was negative to say the least! For an electrical item, this is essential. I got help from an electrician but it added to the cost for my 95 yo friend, for whom I'd bought this item. Positively though, it was sent very quickly.
