Fixed it!
Replaced the sensor, and the car drives like new again

Absolutely brilliant.
Received the transmitter today. Well packaged. It works straight out the box. To those who say it has a delay on sound when transmitting from the tv, you need to be using the correct headphones. The unit is Bluetooth 5, and I have a £20 pair of Bluetooth 4.0 headphones. Using these, there is no delay whatsoever between the faces on the screen talking, and the sound arriving to the headphones. Using relief versions of Bluetooth headphones will cause delays. This is not a fault of the unit. It’s absolutely brilliant. Very loud too.

Fantastic replacement.
