Powerful stuff!
4 of 4 found this helpful I decided to jump on the retinol train and why not start with anything but the highest dose! Even though it’s a small bottle, this stuff lasts bc you only need a pea sized amount each time. It’s so important to start slow- I have been on this for a few months and still only use it twice a week. After my initial two weeks I tried moving up to three times a week but it was too intense for my skin- I got a small red area for a few days on my cheek. I swear I already see results in my forehead which makes me very happy. My skin did purge the first few weeks after starting this which stunk (aka acne) but that meant it was working! Biggest recommendation- go slow and let your skin get used to the product, this stuff is intense and can give you skin burns so increase your usage slowly. Second recommendation- don’t mix products! Only use this product at night in the start. Don’t add other things like hydraulic acid at the same time bc it can irritate your skin even more.
