Tiger balm is the best topical pain relief you can get.
Tiger balm comes in about a half dozen variants between lotions and these wax-based balms. The tiger balm red is overall the strongest however it stains clothing I have read and for me if it stays on my skin too long it starts to burn/itch. Still for really bad pain that does not let up I think it's a good trade-off. There is a tiger balm white variant, the one manufactured in India, that is almost as strong and gentler on the skin later in the day, and it shouldn't stain clothing. Most other tiger balm whites are called Ointment-HR though; they are different and do not have the cajeput and clove and cinnamon and other herbs in there so the Ointment-HR commonly called Tiger Balm White is really just for headaches and itching or wounds. The jars are small but the power is strong. There are subtle variations in the base and moisture content based on either freshness or where they're manufactured or both.

Great product.
Unique mouthwash concentrate. Great ingredients. Very convenient to use. Tastes great to me, not sickly sweet like so many similar products. Tastes like a mix of essential oils. Very effective mouthwash. Fun to use. Compact size.
I will probably never buy another mouthwash product other than this one again.

Excellent value for a humidifier or diffuser.
This item is really a bit more a humidifier than diffuser but it is a tremendous bargain for its utility. It holds a liter and a half of water and it can run through that in about 6 or 8 hours if let to run on maximum. Set to run on minimum it will run continuously for about 30 hours and then it will stop automatically when the water gets too low.
What makes it not perhaps ideal for a diffuser is that it puts out a relatively large amount of water with the essential oils. On the flipside though, it does run continuously for over a day and you can certainly put more oil in it to maintain a strong scent but that does run through oils sort of quickly.
It seems a quality product. I've had it for a couple months and use it daily and it's easy to clean (clean it daily) and reliable. It is also silent. Many of these diffusers that use water produce audible noise. This one does not, at least not after two months.
I would recommend this product for a low cost diffuser with the caveats above and would wholeheartedly recommend it for use as a humidifier. If used as a humidifier you will be impressed with the large amount of vapor it can put out as well as the unit's small footprint.
