ontothis item hard to set up as an older user. Had to get my son to get information from my old Doro phone onto new model,having to get new passwords and new Google account. Took him nearly an hour to get all information to get phone to match settings on old doro phone

Not fit for purpose
This product came without winding handle and the hose is smaller bore than to fit tap and reel ports. .. WASTED £24 not likely to get back . Terrible product or checking proceedure

Did not have much to recomend quality of product just gel packs removed finger marks but did not improve scratchs.
