  Shipping was 150% of the cost, arrived working as described. However, the vacuum was filthy, the pictures show it is clearly used and has hair wrapped around the robots roller… i didn’t expect the seller to clean the thing spotless, but the robot arrived with a full dustbin and substantially more hair than in the pictures. Seller clearly used the vacuum to clean their house for several days before shipping. Gross and unsanitary. Not even the common courtesy to empty the bin before shipping.

  Seller made a very understandable, easy to make mistake (the cooker had no sticker/size listed on it, so they ended up listing it as the wrong size), but were super easy to work with on a return. Additionally, the buying experience was great. Mistakes happen and it's too bad it didn't work out, but this is a great seller who I would not hesitate to buy from again. Thanks!
