  Right. As I stated In the message, send the decal back and I will refund. The hair isn't behind the decal at all. It is in fact between the decal and transfer paper. It has 0 effect on how the decal will look/stick to where ever you're applying it. Some people don't understand this and expect everything to be 100% do yourself and me a favour and buy elsewhere. P.S tools are useful! I suspect you're not if you let a bit of fluff cause you issues!
