Just Royal Mail’s ways which frustrate me as they didn’t leave the package with my neighbour so I wasn’t able to get it until 3 days after they attempted to deliver it!     Amazing all round! Great comms, really fast delivery, especially as so close to Christmas. Was opened Christmas day, as bought as a gift. The packaging was brillant, you can tell the amount of consideration that had gone into it, by the perfectly sized styrofoam to protect the model. The model is also pristine.     Exceptional service, models purchased on 10th August and received 14th August by Tracked post. The models were very well packaged with no chance of damage in transit and were as advertised. As two models were purchased together there was a refund of postage on the total postage shown. Strongly recommend the seller.

okay but not great!
Product was too tightly wrapped, so was flattened and would lose cushioning effect for more fragile items..
