Needs English Instructions

Instructions need to be in English - had to translate from Chinese! Also, a better explanation is needed on why it read low (surface body temperature reads lower than an internal body temperature - for example, reads 95.1F rather than 98.6F). Green, Yellow, Red back lighting is nice!
