Amazing product.
6 of 6 found this helpful We have a few games from older consoles lying around. SNES, Genesis, GBA. Our Super Nintendo no longer worked and rather than buy a used one and not knowing what we were going to get, I finally bit the bullet and bought this console after reading about it about a year ago. Right out of the box it ran the Genesis and Game Boy Advanced games with no issues. Only one SNES game worked. After cleaning off their contacts with some rubbing alcohol they worked just fine. The games looked great in 720 HD. We have had no problems taking games out of their respective slots. My only complaint is with the included controller. It's understandably hard to design a controller that can work with these different game systems. That said, it's not very intuitive, feels awkward, and the shoulder buttons are too flush with the body. It's fine for navigating the console's menus, but that's it. Use the original controllers for the appropriate game you're playing.
A great value for a gamer or gaming family with lots of vintage game cartridges.
