Awesome dough sheeter at affordable price!
7 of 8 found this helpful I’d given up on finding an affordable dough sheeter before this. I work with a very expensive conveyor sheeter at my job with a large caterer in New York, but for my private chef business I have been doing everything by hand with a rolling pin. This item is a game changer. I get the same results with a device I can set on a kitchen counter.
In the first hour that I had this out of the box I was making puff pastry. Why not test the toughest thing first? Pictures are attached of the 4-fold about to go through, the laminated dough rolled out, and the cheese puffs I made with it for an event. Check out the pie too. Regular plain old pie dough, but the lift and flakiness was unbelievable.
Highly recommend this item for anyone who wants to produce top level products without having to spend thousands on a machine.

Great salt
Really enjoyed getting this salt after having learned about it from salt fat acid heat. As a chef, it’s wonderful to be able to get amazing products that were almost impossible to get only a few years ago. Love it!
