Waste of money
With little tension on the screw, it’s threaded the knob that it screws into. The plastic isn’t strong enough to hold the tension of the screw. Total waste of money

Good, sticks well and seems good quality
I've just used one of these to replace an old one and I've been using it for 3/4 weeks and its still well stuck to the rail guide. Will now buy another to do my other rail guide
