The resistance band works for me.

Basically, I brought the resistance band to help me while I do dips and pull-ups. At the moment I don't have the upper body strength needed for either exercise, so therefore I struggle with each exercise. However, I was surprised how they isolate the muscle groups and help me keep the correct form while performing each exercise. I would recommend this product.
