Effective and inexpensive
I expected the usual cheap plastic cased fitting and was pleasantly suprised to find an alluminium case and 3M adhesive strip to affix it. In my case I am using it to give a bit of light to my upstairs landing so that my grand children do not trip at the head of the stairs. Once fitted with batteries if gives out sufficient light to see what you are doing but would not be suitable for a reading light, unless you had it within inches of the page. It also only opperates in dark or near dark ambience so batteries should last for extended periods. It seems to detect movement over a 3 to 4m
