Buttery beauties

As good as vinyl gets
Stunning pressing. Silent, beautiful mastering of drums and what I consider the highlight of not only this set but maybe all of Jazz: Lafaro’s bass work. Evans is really relegated, both musically and sonically, to sideman and Lafaro’s insanely melodic work has NEVER sounded better. This is a triumph.
