    There was some delivery issues with the courier and unfortunately the item never arrived. I am still rating this seller with 5 stars because communication was always professional, efficient and polite. When I eventually asked for a refund, it was processed without any problems and the money put back in my account the following day. I believe this seller went above and beyond normal expectations but sadly let down by the courier.

Drive 2 in 1 Universal raised toilet seat
Very good value with reasonable quality for the price. Only slight issue was it suffers slight side to side movement on the particular toilet it was fitted to but remains secure , but this was probably not the fault of the seat.

A quality product
This is a fine oven which cooks evenly and well. More than enough features for most users and not overly complicated once you have read the manual. Comes with 2 wire racks which is useful and has a good internal space. The Pyrotechnic cleaning function is great and takes away the horrid job nobody likes. Only slight gripe is that the control buttons on the front panel are plastic, and would have been better in metal with an oven of this price, but seem sturdy enough so far. All in all a great oven from AEG
