Aztec brake blocks
I live in Scotland so do a lot of riding in the wet. I've used Aztec brake blocks for over 20 years and they are great.

Waxing the chain keeps the moving parts clean which is a big bonus when riding and cleaning my bike. Haven't riden in the wet yet to see how stands up. Gear changing seems to be smoother.
