Alternative use
I have bee using this model railway van for over 4 years as a vehicle to mount a video camera to make a product called a Camtruck. I have sold over 200 in this time. The truck is good for this application because it comes apart easily and there is a clear space inside to mount the camera. Unfortunately this truck is becoming rare so I now make my own trucks using a 3D printer but it was a good product. Bruce Piggott of Branor Systems.

Orange gone - Android 2.2 Installed -- great
9 of 9 found this helpful This is one of the cheapest Smart Phones available. With the Orange software and Apps removed and with the original Android 2.2 software installed it gives a very low cost and stable Smart phone that has thousands of Apps available. The phone is responsive to the touch. The controls are intuitively obvious. The screen is bright and clear in all but the brightest sunshine. Downside: the £10 top up voucher only works for the Orange software so is just lost money because you have to pay for it anyway! With the WiFi turned on but the USB and GPS turned off, I am getting about three days use on one battery charge. I needed a good video player to demonstrate my video products to customers and this is one of the best points- Great video quality for USB downloaded MP4 files. Camera quality only average but this is not a requirement for me.
Conclusion: For the price -- great value

Novel 3D material
This filament glows green in the dark after it has been in a bright light for a while. I made some novelty ornaments with it that went down well with friends. It is slightly transparent and quite brittle in its filament form but durable when printed. It requires care when loading the filament not to break it.
