  Ordered paint and a pair of boots came instead sent them back and asked of they could send me the paint. Waited a week still on paint then found out he as none in stock then.it took over a week for a refund

  I refunded your item in full and lost over £25 with postage. You received the item. Kept it. Didn’t pay me a penny. Then gave me negative feedback. Some rubbish about getting boots and returning them. You owe me £25
