Toshiba 37AV504 37 inch LCD
Very nice looking well constructed television. Picture quality for the price is good. Best picture achieved in 'Movie' Mode. Very little motion flicker and good blacks. Sound quality could be better. Too much bass and not enough high frequency, and manual adjustment makes little difference Mid range is missing - ok - if you're routing through an AV system or HiFi. Remote control lets the side down. Looks very cheap and has a weak signal. You have to be directly in front and close to the TV for it to work properly. I would give 8 out of 10..... nine if the sound and remote would have been better.
