Contacted seller who said it was a minor motor adjustment and offered £15 refund. Checked and it was a broken gear on the drive axle. So contacted seller again. I wish you could read our emails. Eventually seller said replacemen part on Ebay for £19.99. So I buy replacement part plus postage and spend a lot of time fitting it for a £15 refund?Seller always had a smart answer which is probably below.
