It works
The book offers an approach to dealing with sleep issues that is very different from all the "traditional" advice. It doesn't put emphasis on nutrition, bedtime routines, or even sleep hygiene. Instead, the solution offered is based on mindfulness and ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy). And it works. It didn't change my sleep overnight, but I started sleeping a lot better much sooner than the 5 weeks that the programme laid out in the book is supposed to take.

Does the job
Well designed, I like the fact that you don't have to adjust the clamp, it's spring-loaded and so easily works with phones of different sizes. The suction "foot" clings well to the windscreen, and when you put the holder in position and tighten the screw it generally stays put and only needs tightening again occasionally (nothing really annoying). Good product.
