Broke under Year and a Half
1 of 1 found this helpful Product broke under a year and a half. It was a pretty good pair of headphones for the time being. Really liked the noise canceling & ambient sound control. The bluetooth was horrible to use. It never connected nicely to two devices, even though it has Bluetooth 5. The biggest concern is the quality of the product. Sony products just do not last. I would recommend staying away from this pair of headphones if you want something that lasts (stay away from Sony products in general). The device has just stopped charging. No combination of outlet, power block, or cable get the headphones to charge again so they are essentially just a wired pair now without any noise canceling. Not worth the money at all unfortunately unless you buy new with warranty.
