heavy with that massive battery but a powerful piece of kit

Flimsy
After hours of trying I finally admitted defeat and took my range and this tool into our Land Rover specialist. He also tried with the tool supplied and could not get the airbag off. Eventually he went into his garage and got his own removal tool and had the airbag off within a minute! He said that the tool supplied is far too flimsy and needs to be firmer!
